We are thrilled to announce the official launch of the Tennessee Mojo Futures Program, a groundbreaking initiative designed to foster the development of our 8U, 10U, and 12U teams. This exciting new program represents our commitment to building a strong foundation for young athletes and creating a clear pathway for their growth in softball.
Welcoming Jeremy Ferguson as Program Director
At the helm of this innovative program is Jeremy Ferguson, who brings a wealth of experience and passion to the role of Futures Program Director. Coach Ferguson is no stranger to the Tennessee Mojo family, currently serving as the Head Coach of Mojo Ferguson 2014 and has established himself as a dedicated pitching instructor.
Jeremy’s connection to Tennessee Mojo runs deep – his oldest daughter, Haley, was recruited through our program and is currently showcasing her talents as a freshman pitcher at the University of Michigan. This personal connection gives Coach Ferguson a unique perspective on the journey from youth softball to collegiate competition.
Vision for the Future
Under Jeremy’s leadership, the Futures Program aims to create a comprehensive development track for our youngest athletes. As the primary contact for coaches of the 8U, 10U, and 12U age groups, he will work to ensure consistent training methods, skill development, and a positive team culture across all levels.
